Running Cleaning Card of IDP printer

1-      On host PC go to control panel > Devices and Printers

2-      Right click IDP Smart 51 Card printer > Printer Properties

3-      Select the Service tab and click “Clean Printer” followed by “Start Cleaning”

4-      Remove all cards from the hopper and the ribbon cartridge, click “Next”

5-      Insert the cleaning card and click “Next”

6-      Close the top but leave the hopper open and click “Next”

7-      Wait until cleaning has ended (You will hear clicking noises, this is normal) and click “Next”

8-      Remove cleaning card and click “Finish”

9-      Place cards back in hopper and insert ribbon
