Scanner

Question:

My scanner for docuscan isn't working, It is giving a message saying the scanner can't be found.


Worked with Vanessa. We took the following steps:

I instructed her to close out DoceScan
I verified scanner in device list
I instructed her to re-open DoceScan
I selected the desired folder
I initiated the scan with advanced settings but closed out without scanning
I instructed Vanessa to input a document in the scanner and walk through her normal process
By taking these steps; we were able to initiate the handshake required between the scanner and the software.
She was then able to scan her document.
