Answer:

The hard drive for this computer is not responding. I can't even slave it to my desktop. It will need to be replaced.

I have installed a solid state drive to replace the spinning disk that failed. I will find a time to meet with Sylvia and see what we need to do to install the scanner.

I'm in my office this morning . I can meet with you when you are available . Thanks for all that you do!!!!!

I have met with Sylvia and we called her contact at ACT. They will be sending her a config file. Once we have the file we will be able to start the installation.

I have created a folder on TBedge-data, it's under "archive\apps\ACT Local Scan". Sheet 1 includes a printout of the email Sylvia forwarded to me. This email contains the site number for ECC. Sheet 2 includes the instructions for the install process.

*BEFORE you start the install for ACT you will need to run the OpScanScannerUtilitiesv32.exe and then the Scantron_Update_Program_1.0_with_Firmware_8.2.exe file. This connects the scantron to the computer.

Unzip the ACT-Local-Scan-20171109_Production file then double click setup and follow the rest of the steps located on Sheet 2. Note the config file is also located in this folder. Once the program opens and you have the right site and a green status your install is complete.
