VPierce: Worked with Jeff Vickery at TrimData in the TEST environment. He reviewed BKCP and pointed out that the "Bookstore Category AR Codes" listed when you drill down must have a priority of 999. He says that this has always been the rule.

We changed the priorities for those AR codes in ARCF the TEST environment and this cleared the error in TEST.

Since Debbie Batten and Stephanie Fisher are the only users with access to ARCF; we will need Debbie to correct priorities on the following AR Codes in ARCF:

• TXTBK
• SUPLY
• BKOTH

Debbie Batten corrected the priorities for the affect AR Codes and Vanessa was able to start FA-Link Listeners
